My Vegan Grocery Staples

Keeping your fridge and pantry well stocked with whole, plant-based foods will set you up for nothing but success! Consistency and dedication are key. I eat clean regularly because it’s what I crave and what makes my body feel good! This doesn’t mean, however, that I don’t still love to indulge in heavy plant-based foods like vegan burgers or pizza, or vegan treats like cookies, dark chocolate, or ice cream. But notice that my junk foods are not horribly refined candy bars or deep-fried foods! I just don’t crave them anymore!  I never knew it was possible to feel this good, but now that I know it’s possible, I want to hang on to it forever!
